Restoration Technician
Full-time Warren, OH Pay based on experience

RestoWorks is hiring full-time Restoration Technicians to respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and sewer losses across Mahoning, Trumbull, and Ashtabula counties. You'll be on scene fast, set up extraction and drying equipment, perform controlled demolition and cleanup, and help stressed homeowners and businesses get back to normal. This is year-round, recession-resistant work — we'll pay for your IICRC certifications and train you up.
What you'll do
- Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and sewer losses, often on 24/7 rotation
- Perform water extraction and set up drying and dehumidification equipment
- Handle controlled demolition, cleanup, and contents pack-outs
- Apply antimicrobials and follow IICRC S500 / S520 procedures
- Document damage with photos, moisture readings, and daily monitoring
- Keep the truck stocked, clean, and equipment inventory-accurate
What you bring
- Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable with physical labor
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to join a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or messy environments
- Professional, reassuring communication with customers under stress
Nice to have
- IICRC WRT / ASD / AMRT certification
- Prior restoration, construction, or demolition experience
- Comfortable using moisture meters and drying software
