We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if additional damage is discovered during the restoration process. We will communicate any changes to the scope of work before proceeding.

3. Insurance Claims

We work directly with insurance companies on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance policy. We recommend reviewing your policy coverage before services begin. We cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover all or any portion of our services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. For insurance-covered claims, we may bill your insurance company directly. For out-of-pocket expenses or non-covered services, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our fast response time is a goal based on typical conditions and may vary based on weather, location, current call volume, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform services. You represent that you have the authority to authorize work on the property. If you are not the property owner, you represent that you have obtained proper authorization.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and provide warranties as specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent events, failure to address underlying issues, or improper maintenance. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing upon completion of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
